ISWT is a Shanghai-based NGO promoting sustainability shark conservation. In July this year its founder, Miao WANG, organized a series of photoshoots showcasing local chefs, promoting sustainable foods and fighting against shark fin soup, a dish that is still very popular in China. The portraits of the chefs were all shot by Mattias ISAKSSON and were then featured in an underwater exhibition at the Middle House in Shanghai!
